I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable compared to other options in the area. However, there were some issues with the service, particularly related to blocking the drop-off zone and lack of apology for inconveniences caused.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice in general, but there were some issues with the bathroom fan, heat lamp, and room phone not being ready initially, which was a bit inconvenient. The service provided was super nice and very attentive, especially with the towel to stand on in the shower and face towel assistance. The location was excellent, although the room was not cleaned or restocked during my stay and needed a thorough cleaning. The dining experience was better than expected, offering a variety of options, but the toaster and microwave were not functioning properly. Facilities were up to standard.
